2012 Franco-Irish Literary Festival

Co-organised by the Alliance Française in Dublin and the Cultural Service of the French Embassy, the Franco-Irish Literary Festival allows every year writers and literature-lovers to gather together around a common theme, "Pleasure" for this 2012 edition.
The Festival aims to widen and enhance the long-standing friendship that exists between Ireland, France, other French-speaking countries and more recently with other European countries. It helps to enrich the knowledge of our respective literatures and writers and brings them to the Irish reader’s attention by creating a platform for discussions, debates and readings.
