About the FICAHT network

The FICAHT network, with more than 77 members and 39 partners, aims at developing internship & apprenticeship mobility, training in the fields of culinary arts, hospitality management and tourism as well as fostering European academic projects (Erasmus+) and facilitating collaborations between academics and industries.
In order to achieve these aims, FICAHT members are invited to meet annually on the occasion of a Forum, which takes place alternately in an Irish of French city.
This year’s host, Galway Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT) will introduce us all the marvels of the Wild Atlantic Way and the exciting programme of the European capital of culture 2020.

The year’s edition still aims at professional meetings, new collaborations and good practice talks. Academics and professionals are warmly invited.
