A two-day conference to explore freedom of speech in time of conflict in France, Ireland and Germany.
This event is organised within the frame of the Franco-German cultural fund 2016.

Prof. Hugh Gough, University College Dublin, among others, has worked on French revolution and French press;
Dr. Pascal Dupuy, University of Rouen, has worked on European satirical images in the French revolution;
Dr. Andreas Strobl,Senior Curator at the Staatliche Graphische Sammlung München (State collection for prints and drawings) in Munich. His latest book on “Simplicissimus” is: Der Zeichner Karl Arnold, 1912.”
