In March 2017, culinary arts, hospitality and tourism trainings links between France & Ireland will be celebrated with the very special Goût de/GoodFrance tour, throughout Ireland!

By the way, the Ulysses scheme is now turning 20! We have assembled some facts and figures about the scheme (who took part? which institutions?...) there.
Four new NWE Interreg projects bring together France and Ireland in the fields of ocean energy, Open Data, bioeconomy and e-mental health. See herefor a brief presentation.

"France & Ireland meet: George Moore": a one-day conference organised last December about this Irish writer who made Paris his home and became the leading propagandist for French Impressionism and literary realism in the English-speaking world.
Next March, the Month of la Francophonie is back!
With a jam-packed programme of events in a multitude of domains (cinema, music, literature, arts…) and taking place throughout Ireland, it aims at promoting French language and humanistic values. Most of the events are free ! Stay tuned or look out for the #FrancophonieFestival on social networks!

Following our call for applications, 3 young Irish researchers were selected to go to Paris for a weekful of activities, meetings and exchanges with stakeholders of the scientific community in Paris and in the two Universcience museum.
Dr. Derek Crawley, Irish orthopedic surgeon, received a 20.000€ scholarship to spend one year of training in France.
