French writer awarded Literature Nobel Prize

Nobel Prize for Literature awarded to French Literature !

The French writer Patrick Modiano is the new laureate of the Nobel Prize for Literature.


Fifteenth French Nobel of Literature, Patrick Modiano will join JMG Le Clézio, Albert Camus and André Gide, other famous winners of this prestigious award.

Born in 1945, Mr Modiano’s novels focus on the Paris of World War II and the universal quest of lost youth.

Laureate of the prestigious Grand Prix de l’Académie Française and Prix Goncourt, this Nobel Prize is awarded to the works of a writer who strives to depict the stories of individuals caught in the adversity of world History.
