About the film
by Cyril Dion & Mélanie Laurent
120 mins – Documentary – France 2015

A phenomenon in Europe and winner of the Best Documentary at the Cesar Awards (the French Oscars), Tomorrow (Demain) is a hugely positive, affirming and inspirational film. Produced and co-directed by activist and writer Cyril Dion and actress/filmmaker Melanie Laurent, the documentary explores creative solutions in the fields of food, energy, education, economics and transports. Cyril and Melanie visit permaculture farms, urban agriculture and community-owned renewable projects and creative schools in different parts of the world to offer concrete solutions, to take action and to make a difference. The film has been a huge boost to community-led projects and regularly receives standing ovations, leading to the creation of many new community actions. It is the perfect antidote to the current sense of global despondency. It also has a great soundtrack!
