Good France 2019
Good France is the world’s largest celebration of gastronomy!
Each year, on 21 March, restaurants worldwide are invited to create a unique French-style menu promoting the best terroir their country has to offer.
All around the world, interested chefs are invited to create a unique menu they will serve to their customers on the week of March21, 2019.
This year’s menus will highlight the Provence region and will seek to promote locally-sourced produce and terroir as much as possible.
