The Month of Gastronomy in Ireland

In Ireland, the Embassy together with the culinary arts departments of the Irish Institutes of Technology organise a series of dinners promoting the best of Franco-Irish cuisine.

This celebration takes place within the framework of the France-Ireland Network for Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Tourism.

To highlight the wealth of culinary exchange between our two countries, the Embassy and its partners the National Dairy Council and Les Produits Laitiers will hold the second Dairy Chef Competition. Click here for more information on this competition.

The launch of this event will take place on January 15 at the DIT Cathal Brugha Street. More information can be found on this link.
