[Jan 19] Did you miss the launch of Good France 2019 ?
Last 15th January, the French Embassy and the Technological University Dublin launched Good France 2019.
Good France in Ireland is a celebration of gastronomical links shared by France and Ireland, their passion for good food, quality produce and hospitality.
The launch of the 2019 edition was no exception, with the presentation of Good France for professionals, academics and press and an ambitious programme :
French cuisine from locally sourced Irish recipes : masterclass by chefs Grainne O’Keefe and Roseanne Ryan preparing Provence inspired dishes with H.E. Mr Stéphane Crouzat, French Ambassador and tasting
Pitches on sustainable practices in culinary arts and food consumption for all by Ciara Power, founder of the EachtBia platform and Andy Maguire, Director and Coordinator of Sustainability at TU Dublin
Round table talks with food journalists Catherine Cleary and Tomas Clancy, Michael Sheary, co-founder of BuJo Burger Joint restaurant and Shoena Foley, lecturer and PhD student on Food Sustainability.
