Readings of Ulysses in French!
Did you know? Every Saturday, readings in French of ’Ulysses’ are organised at Sweny’s Pharmacy, in Dublin. We are delighted to support them.
Sweny’s Pharmacy is featured in James Joyce’s Ulysses, and is described in sumptuous detail within the novel, a description which stands to this day.
Today, Sweny’s is maintained by volunteers, dedicated to preserving the shop as it was in Joyce’s time.
Every Saturday, group readings of Ulysses in French are organised.
Pop in & take part in the reading & buy their famous lemon soap!
All information can be found on their website.
