The French Tech at the Web Summit
For the second consecutive year, Business France and its partners will be participating at the Web Summit!
In 4 years the Web Summit has become the top European event for digital start-ups.
This event takes place in Dublin, at the heart of the ”European Silicon Valley“ where major web companies such as : Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Airbnb and Amazon are located.
More than 22000 visitors from 112 countries worldwide, 730 investors, more than 600 speakers and 2160 start-ups (including 120 french start-ups) at the 2014 edition.
An exceptionnel press coverage: more than 1500 journalists and bloggers.
18 French start-ups have been selected, by a jury of experts from France and Ireland, on specific criteria such as the potential drive of their products or their offers, the relevance of their Business Plan and their potential for development.
These gems, which will benefit from a privileged support, will be exhibiting at the French Pavilion, in the Web Summit’s main hall. They will also be guests of honour during the French Tech Night, which will take place at the Opium pub on November 4th at 6:30pm, with the French Tech’s French and foreign community, and during the press conference which will be organised on the second day, at 1:30 at the Press Village of the Summit.
Hundreds of startups representing the French Tech will also be in Dublin, strengthening the visibility of French digital companies.
