French cuisine from locally sourced Irish recipes: Masterclass by confirmed chefs Grainne O’Keefe and Roseanne Ryan and tasting
Roundtable talk with food journalists Catherine Cleary and Tomas Clancy, BuJo restaurant Michael Sheary and Shoena Foley, assistant lecturer and PhD student on Food sustainability and pitches by Ciara Power from EachtBia and Andy Maguire (TU Dublin) on sustainable practices in culinary arts.
