IFI French Film Festival 2023 [fr]
The French Embassy in Ireland is delighted to partner once again with the IFI French Film Festival in bringing the best of contemporary French cinema to Ireland with a high quality, diverse and powerful programme of 30 films.
The Festival is the largest celebration of French cinema in Ireland and this year we are thrilled to welcome special guests film directors Leos Carax and Sophie Letourneur.
The programme features works exploring a wide range of subjects by many renowned and established directors, as well as showcasing exciting new voices in cinema. The festival runs from 15 - 26 November, opening with a screening of The Animal Kingdom, followed by a wine reception. Some of the highlights include Cédric Kahn’s The Goldman Case, All Your Faces with Adèle Exarchopoulos and Philippe Garrel’s The Plough.
Younger audiences can also look forward to the award-winning animation Chicken for Linda!.
