Applications to the 4-day course are now open and can be completed via this form.

The course will enable teachers to upskill themselves both linguistically and pedagogically in addition to offerring them opportunities to discover this beautiful region at the heart of Normand history and engage with other teachers of French.

The progamme will take place from Sunday, April 9th to Wednesday, April 13th 2022. The thriving partnership already existing between Cotentin and the Republic of Ireland will facilitate the teachers’ transportation, as a direct ferry line from Dublin to Cherbourg, the longest in the world, links the two countries since 2019. The opening of Alliance Française de Cherbourg in 2020, and the soon-to-open Alliance Française du Havre contribute to making Normandy a region dynamic in the field of French-teaching.

The candidates will be chosen by a selection committee in February. The deadline for applying is: March 11th
