On September 5, 6 and 7, Limerick welcomed French company Royal de Luxe. A gigantic day for the Irish capital of culture 2014.
A granny half-french- half-irish who rejoiced more than 250,000 spectators from her articulated chair and her articulated bed. During the three days of the festival, over three different trails, Granny, accompanied by the music of Michel Augier, paraded in all districts of Limerick. The French company Royal de Luxe always tries to parade in front of as many children as possible.
Helped by the superb weather, the Royal de Luxe Granny pleased children and adults who came from all the western part of the country. Three days of parades and parties for what will remain as Limerick’s most gigantic cultural day for 2014.
Over 250,000 spectators discovered the magic of the French show created by Royal de Luxe and sponsored by the cultural service of the French Embassy in Ireland.
